Growing in the Garden:
‘Growing in The Garden’ is a guided mindfulness practice that uses gentle imagery of walking through a peaceful garden to help navigate feelings of anxiety. Through grounding sensations, soothing affirmations, and mindful body awareness, this script invites you to walk alongside your anxiety with compassion rather than resistance. It encourages calm, self-acceptance, and inner strength, leaving you with a renewed sense of peace and safety.
The Seedling:
“The Seedling” takes the listener on a mindfulness experience through the life of a seed as it grows into a developing flower through the nurturing process of patience, self-love, and acceptance. Included on this journey are mindfulness exercises involving a sensory experience to use in the GCU garden as well as a deep breathing exercise and a mindful mantra for the listener to practice at the end of the recording.
Buds:
This guided mindfulness practice weaves gentle storytelling with reflective questions to help you slow down, connect with yourself, and encourage openness to meaningful connections with others. Using the imagery of a bud growing in a vibrant garden, you’ll explore patience, courage, and belonging at your own pace. Breathe deeply, reflect openly, and remember…even the smallest bud holds the promise of blooming and finding a bud of its own.
